Egypt Law :On Joining a Foreign Authority
An employee is considered resigned if he has joined a foreign authority; whether this party is inside or outside the country; as long as his enrollment is without permission by the competent authority
يعتبر العامل مستقيلا إذا التحق بخدمة جهة أجنبية, سواء كانت هذه الجهة داخل الدولة أو خارجها طالما تم الالتحاق بدون إذن السلطة المختصة
