Work Experience

 

Mr. Alaa Saad Moustafa joined the office in 1994. The office founded in 1967 by his father, Saad Moustafa Ibrahim, who was specialized in corporate and labor law and the respective procedures.

Mr. Alaa Saad Moustafa expanded the office activity to successfully handle major clients in the field of international corporations, embassies and consulates as well as foreigners/residents requirements.

In this frame, he has worked on company establishment under investment laws, procedures & requirements regarding the General Authority for Investments (GAFI), supply or service contracts related to their corporate objectives as well as partners and employee disputes.

In addition to, that he has handled foreigners’ relocation procedures in Egypt, residency procedures as well as GAFI further requirement for foreigners/residents as board members and or as shareholders,and foreigners’ inheritance and family court issues and disputes. 

Some Embassies and Consulates in general are consulting him for legal and administrative issues under the Egyptian Law.

Another activity Mr. Alaa Saad Moustafa has added to the office is the legal and financial settlements involved with real estate transactions.

In this frame, he is responsible for preparing real estate transaction contracts, actively involved in sourcing of real estate and negotiations guaranteeing best terms for the office clients. Following contract signing, all related procedures, as well as financial settlements, are among his and his team duties.

Since founder’s death in 27.7.2013, Mr. Alaa Saad Moustafa is managing the office operations, supervising associates cases through coaching the team of lawyers of his office and personal involvement whenever required. Major clients are been handled by 

Mr. Alaa Saad Moustafa personally, and if needed, some of their secondary tasks are appointed to the office team.

Mr. Alaa Saad Moustafa from 1998 to 2014 was a lawyer at Mansour Chevrolet, the exclusive agent in Egypt, Libya and Iraq for General Motors. Mansour Chevrolet is the biggest distributor of General Motors in the world. 

Mr. Alaa Saad's duties were to handle payment disputes and to manage actions so dispute to be resolved and payment to be received either amicably or through legal case. Additionally among his duties were to handle relation with banks offering credit facilities to 

Mansour Chevrolet customers.
