Egypt Law : Lease Agreement
A lease is temporary by its nature and so duration (the starting and the ending date) must be specified.
In case the contracting parties do not reach a consensus on the duration, then it will be set by the judge based on the contracting conditions and the intention of the contracting parties.
عقد الإيجار مؤقت بطبيعته, يجب أن تحدد مدته (تاريخ بدايته وتاريخ نهايته) وإذا لم يتفق المتعاقدين على مدته, حددها القاضى مستندا إلى ظروف العقد ونية المتعاقدين.
