Egypt Law : Offender Punishment
In case the offender knows that the punishment of what is hided in the crime is more severe, he will be sentenced to the penalty prescribed for this part وإذا كان الجانى يعلم أن الأشياء التى يخفيها متحصلة من جريمة عقوبتها أشد, حكم عليه بالعقوبة المقررة لهذه الجريمة
