Egypt Law : On Identity Abuse
If a person was contested by other to use his name without his justification and his name was impersonated without reason he has the right to stop this attack and request a compensation equivalent to the damage caused
لكل من نازعه الغير فى استعمال اسمه بلا مبرر, ومن انتحل اسمه دون حق, أن يطلب وقف هذا الأعتداء مع التعويض عما يكون قد لحقه من ضرر
